How do refunds work?
Within 7 days of purchase and fewer than 2 tests used, we refund in full. Open a ticket with the Refund topic and your order email.
Can I switch my exam or plan?
Yes. Open a ticket with your current plan and the exam or plan you want; upgrades are prorated.
I did not receive my results.
Teacher-marked Speaking and Writing return within 48 hours. If it has been longer, send your test name and submission time under the Exam / content topic.
How do I change my account email?
Open a ticket from your current email with the new address and we will verify and switch it.
